Healing looks different for everyone. Knowing this, I draw from a range of trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches to support the unique needs of each person I work with. Many of my clients are navigating burnout, caregiving responsibilities, identity exploration, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
My work is rooted in the belief that you already carry the wisdom you need, and therapy is a space to access it. Together, we’ll explore what feels supportive, empowering, and aligned; helping you come home to who you are.
Here are some of the core frameworks that guide my practice:
TELHEALTH Therapy with me.
internal family systems (IFS)
60 Minute Session - $175
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and connect with the different parts of yourself. These parts often develop as ways to help you cope, protect yourself, or carry emotional pain.
At times, certain parts may hold fear, sadness, or overwhelm, while other parts work hard to keep you functioning and moving forward. IFS creates space to gently turn toward these internal experiences with curiosity and care, rather than judgment.
Through this process, you can begin to understand the protective roles these parts have held, while helping the parts that carry pain feel seen, supported, and less alone.
Over time, this work can support greater internal clarity, emotional balance, and a more grounded, connected relationship with yourself.
Eye movement desensitization re-processing (emdr)
90 minute Session - $220
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and integrate experiences that may feel unresolved or emotionally charged.
When difficult or overwhelming experiences occur, the nervous system may hold onto them in ways that continue to affect how you feel, think, and respond. EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to reprocess these experiences so they no longer carry the same level of emotional intensity.
This process does not require you to revisit or explain everything in detail. Instead, EMDR allows the brain and nervous system to gradually reorganize how these experiences are stored, supporting greater relief and emotional regulation.
Over time, experiences that once felt activating or distressing can begin to feel more settled, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and stability
BRAINSPOTTING
60 Minute Session - $175
Brainspotting is a brain-body approach that allows healing to unfold beyond words. It works with the understanding that experiences, especially overwhelming or painful ones, can be held within the nervous system even when you understand them intellectually.
During a Brainspotting session, we work together to identify a point in your field of vision connected to what you would like to process. From there, you are invited to simply notice what arises—sensations, emotions, memories, or internal shifts—without needing to force or explain anything.
You do not have to talk more than you want to, or share details before you feel ready. The process allows your brain and nervous system to do what they naturally know how to do: begin to process, release what has been held, and move toward greater integration and relief.
Over time, this work can support a deeper sense of internal stability, regulation, and connection to yourself.
Approaches Integrated to Support Your Healing Process
In addition to Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Brainspotting, I draw from somatic, attachment-informed, and cognitive approaches to support your healing process. These methods help us understand how your experiences are carried not only in your thoughts, but also in your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of safety within yourself.
Together, we can gently explore patterns of protection, emotional responses, and ways your body has adapted to carry you through difficult or overwhelming experiences. This integration helps support both insight and deeper regulation of the nervous system while honoring your pace, while focusing on creating space for understanding, integration, and meaningful, lasting change.
