I offer IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, therapy and caregiving support consulting

Telehealth therapy for adults in California, with additional services available to residents of Texas and Virginia.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own lived experiences navigating life with parts shaped by caretaking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-criticism. I know how these patterns can help you show up for others, while quietly pushing your own needs aside. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling disconnected from yourself.

As a Black woman and a therapist, I understand how cultural norms, gender expectations, and internalized beliefs shape how we move through the world. These experiences inform how I show up in therapy: grounded, curious, and compassionate.

My approach is about helping you reconnect with your Self and creating a more caring relationship with the parts of you that have learned to protect, perform, or survive. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting and incorporate somatic, attachment-informed, and cognitive approaches to support your healing process.

Together, we’ll create a space where all parts of you are welcome — and where growth feels possible, grounded, and truly your own.

Therapy designed to help you process emotions, understand life’s challenges, and feel more grounded and connected. Using trauma-informed approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, somatic practices, CBT, and attachment-based therapy, we’ll work together to address the root causes of stress, anxiety, and disconnection.

Whether you’re making sense of past experiences or building healthier patterns in the present, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for meaningful growth, healing, and balance.

Caregiver Support Consulting

Caregivers Support in California.

Caring for an aging loved one can be emotionally exhausting, isolating, and filled with complex, often overwhelming decisions.

If you're facing a new caregiving role—or are overwhelmed by what comes next—Caregiver Clarity Sessions offer a structured, supportive space to help you find your footing. Over the course of three guided consultations, you’ll gain insight into your role, understand the key areas to focus on, and receive referrals to trusted caregiving resources.

Purpose:
Short-term, solution-focused support to help new or overwhelmed caregivers orient themselves, manage emotional stressors and family dynamics, and get connected to appropriate long-term resources.

Please note: These are non-therapeutic, focused clarity sessions tailored for those who need a starting point and a clear path forward.

WHO I WORK WITH

I primarily work with BIPOC women, men, and caregivers who are carrying a lot , holding things together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside. Many of my clients are new to therapy, navigating high expectations, family responsibilities, or patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing that leave little room for their own needs. I also support individuals navigating attachment wounds, trauma and the impacts of systemic oppression.
