California telehealth therapy & caregiver support
At Soul Harmony Psychotherapy, I provide telehealth therapy and caregiver support for adults throughout California. Telehealth therapy may support adults in working with trauma, emotional exhaustion, grief, attachment and relational wounds, self-exploration, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and paced with care for your nervous system through secure online therapy that honors your lived experience, meets you where you are, and helps build clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
What i offer
Many people who reach out have been carrying a lot for a long time, from caregiving demands and emotional exhaustion to the quiet pressure of holding it all together. Support often begins with creating space to pause, learning how to set boundaries with care, and tending to yourself even amid ongoing responsibilities. Here are some of the approaches I offer.
-
IFS is a compassionate, strength-based therapy that helps you understand and heal the many “parts” within you; the ones that manage, protect, and carry pain. This approach recognizes that we all hold inner parts shaped by life experiences, such as self-doubt, perfectionism, or the drive to always put others first. These parts are not to be fixed, they aren’t flawed, they’ve been trying to help you survive.
-
is a trauma-informed psychotherapy that helps people process distressing memories and emotional pain by engaging the brain’s natural healing abilities. Through guided bilateral stimulation , often gentle eye movements , EMDR can reduce the intensity of painful memories, support shifts in self-perception, and ease symptoms like anxiety and emotional reactivity. Many people find this approach leads to greater calm, clarity, and confidence as they work through experiences that once felt overwhelming.
-
Brainspotting is a trauma-informed therapy that helps you access and release deep-seated emotional pain and unresolved experiences by identifying specific visual “brains pots” linked to distress. This approach supports nervous system processing and emotional regulation in a focused, gentle way.
-
I may also integrate somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based work to support nervous system regulation, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and deepen understanding of relational and emotional patterns. These tools help you build greater emotional balance, insight into internal responses, and practical skills for navigating daily life more effectively.

I offer caregiver support consulting exclusively to California residents seeking non-therapeutic support. This work is practical, relational, and reflective in nature and does not include diagnosis or mental health treatment.
Support may include reflecting on caregiving roles, navigating boundaries and emotional strain, and identifying California-based caregiving systems and resources, offered within the local contexts I am most familiar with.
Telehealth and Licensing
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and am legally able to provide telehealth psychotherapy and non-therapeutic caregiver support consulting to California residents. Sessions are offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and clients must be physically located within California at the time of each session.
