virginia telehealth THERAPY
At Soul Harmony Psychotherapy, I offer telehealth therapy to adults residing in Virginia with a trauma-informed approach that supports healing, emotional regulation, relational clarity, and stress management in a thoughtful, paced way.
Virginia residents can access psychotherapy individualized to your needs. I provide support for anxiety, trauma responses, attachment wounds, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions integrate evidence-based approaches in a way that honors your lived experience, provides space to reconnect with yourself during seasons of change, and allows care to unfold at a pace that respects both capacity and complexity.
What i offer
Many people seeking therapy are accustomed to navigating high expectations and frequent transitions while continuing to show up with competence and care. Emotional needs are often postponed in the service of responsibility or stability.
Below are brief overviews of the main methods used in my telehealth work and how they may support your unique needs.
-
IFS is a compassionate, strength-based therapy that helps you understand and heal the many “parts” within you; the ones that manage, protect, and carry pain. This approach recognizes that we all hold inner parts shaped by life experiences, such as self-doubt, perfectionism, or the drive to always put others first. These parts are not to be fixed, they aren’t flawed, they’ve been trying to help you survive.
-
is a trauma-informed psychotherapy that helps people process distressing memories and emotional pain by engaging the brain’s natural healing abilities. Through guided bilateral stimulation , often gentle eye movements , EMDR can reduce the intensity of painful memories, support shifts in self-perception, and ease symptoms like anxiety and emotional reactivity. Many people find this approach leads to greater calm, clarity, and confidence as they work through experiences that once felt overwhelming.
-
Brainspotting is a trauma-informed therapy that helps you access and release deep-seated emotional pain and unresolved experiences by identifying specific visual “brains pots” linked to distress. This approach supports nervous system processing and emotional regulation in a focused, gentle way.

I may also integrate somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based work to support nervous system regulation, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and deepen understanding of relational and emotional patterns. These tools help you build greater emotional balance, insight into internal responses, and practical skills for navigating daily life more effectively.
