Service fees are determined by the type of service you are receiving.
I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots (therapy services only) to make therapy accessible while ensuring fairness and sustainability for both you and the practice. My accessible rate ranges from $100–$125 per session, and it is reserved for clients facing significant financial hardship.
If you are underemployed, experiencing income insecurity, or navigating systemic financial barriers, this rate ensures that therapy remains accessible to you. You’re invited to choose a fee within this range that aligns with your current financial situation, and no income verification is required. My goal is to create a flexible, trust-based system that meets your needs while maintaining the health of my practice.

Using Insurance for Therapy Services:
Choosing insurance for therapy is a personal decision. It’s important to consider the benefits and potential drawbacks. To use insurance, a mental health diagnosis is typically required for reimbursement. If you’re unsure about what receiving a diagnosis might mean for you, I’m happy to discuss the pros and cons so you can make an informed choice that aligns with your needs and well-being.Insurances Accepted for Therapy Services:

Out-of-Network Benefits:
If I’m not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I do not bill out-of-network insurance directly, but you can contact your benefits administrator to ask the following questions:Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits, and what percentage is reimbursed?
Is a mental health diagnosis required for reimbursement?
What’s the procedure for reimbursement?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How much does my insurance cover for an out-of-network provider under CPT codes: 90791, 90837, or 90834?

I accept vouchers from the Loveland Therapy Fund, which offers financial assistance for Black women and girls seeking therapy. For more information, visit: Loveland Therapy Fund -

I offer a range of therapy services, including IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based approaches. These therapies can help support emotional well-being, trauma, and anxiety. Each approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to your unique needs.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy focuses on understanding and integrating the “parts” within you, like the inner critic or perfectionist, that impact your emotions and behavior. IFS is effective in healing attachment wounds, processing trauma, and helping you build self-compassion by fostering balance and harmony within your inner system.

EMDR therapy is a trauma-informed approach that helps you process distressing memories and emotions using guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation. It’s particularly effective for healing from trauma, reducing anxiety, and helping you release the emotional charge of painful memories. EMDR works by using bilateral stimulation to access your brain’s natural ability to heal emotional wounds and restore emotional balance.
