TEXAS TELEHEALTH THERAPY

If you’re an adult seeking therapy while located in Texas, Soul Harmony Psychotherapy offers telehealth care rooted in compassion, clarity, and relational safety.

Therapy offers space to slow the pace and tend to emotional strain and exhaustion that has built up over time, while supporting healing from trauma, burnout, relational and attachment wounds, and periods of transition through a grounded, relational approach that helps you build steadiness from the inside out without needing to justify why support is needed.

What i offer

Many people seek therapy after years of carrying too much with too little space to pause and unspoken expectations to remain capable even when something inside is asking for attention. My approach is relational and paced, offering a supportive online space to help have more clarity, feel steadier and more understood.

Below are brief overviews of the main methods used in my telehealth work and how they may support your unique needs.

  • IFS is a compassionate, strength-based therapy that helps you understand and heal the many “parts” within you; the ones that manage, protect, and carry pain. This approach recognizes that we all hold inner parts shaped by life experiences, such as self-doubt, perfectionism, or the drive to always put others first. These parts are not to be fixed, they aren’t flawed, they’ve been trying to help you survive.

  • is a trauma-informed psychotherapy that helps people process distressing memories and emotional pain by engaging the brain’s natural healing abilities. Through guided bilateral stimulation , often gentle eye movements , EMDR can reduce the intensity of painful memories, support shifts in self-perception, and ease symptoms like anxiety and emotional reactivity. Many people find this approach leads to greater calm, clarity, and confidence as they work through experiences that once felt overwhelming.

  • Brainspotting is a trauma-informed therapy that helps you access and release deep-seated emotional pain and unresolved experiences by identifying specific visual “brains pots” linked to distress. This approach supports nervous system processing and emotional regulation in a focused, gentle way.

  • I may also integrate somatic techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based work to support nervous system regulation, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and deepen understanding of relational and emotional patterns. These tools help you build greater emotional balance, insight into internal responses, and practical skills for navigating daily life more effectively.
